Overall it was a such wonderful stay for the third time. The room was impressive with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a savoury breakfast included. We enjoyed the French cuisine in the restaurant.

I had a real good experience here, everything was very good, the location was stunning close enough to Banff, all the restaurants and shops and wall. The staff were thoughtful and attentive as well, will definitely go back there again. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, it included cereals and cheese.

The staff and rooms were wonderful, I enjoyed it. The bed was very clean and it was great having balcony and fridge. Generally everything was very clean, nevertheless the bathroom was dirty. The early check-in too.

The hotel was terrific, but I stayed for 3 nights only. I liked unbeatable location, amazingly helpful staff. Room was fashionable and that was excellent. Luckily it was close to Beamer's Coffee Bar, had pastries there when it was chilly outside. Great service at all times too.

Fairly good staff and bagged breakfast. Also, main attraction such as big head sculpture was 1 mile from this hotel. The bar area was comfortable, I loved it. The provided service was attentive too.
